The Upper Moselle Bridge in the Bernkastel-Kues vacation region is one of the largest and longest bridges in Europe. From the starting point on the Moselle Cycle Route, the trail climbs steeply through the vineyards. At the end, the trail follows the Moselle upstream, with gentle inclines, all the way to the panoramic footbridge.
The vineyards consist of farm roads that winemakers use to carry out their work and to transport their necessary vehicles and machinery.
